The public defender in this case is an amazing attorney who was able to show the jury that the complaining witness had some serious credibility issues including abuse of controlled substance which all added up to Not Guilty!

Sinking ships and childhood dreams. This is a fun trial involving a boat sinking in the ports of LA which led to criminal charges for the first latino fisherman of Los Angeles and also led to the first jury trial for a young public defender who has been dreaming of this moment since childhood.
